Del. Dana Stein is proud to offer constituents the H. Allan Lipsitz Memorial Scholarship.
Delegate Stein’s H. Allan Lipsitz Memorial Scholarship is awarded to recognize students for their academic excellence and superior performance in high school. Criteria for the scholarship include academic achievement in high school (especially in English and writing), community service activities and financial need.
